Dennis, it appears that I can build the sentence either your way or using #1 below. I assume the override is used if a person has an unusual circumstance that alters the readability of the established sentence.

sentence. To change the default sentence...

1) View>Master Lists>Event Definition
2) select the event you want to change and click "Edit"
