Legacy 5.0.0.226 - April 2005 (upgrading to 6.0 this week)

I want to review my *Source List Names* in the Master Source List to ensure consistency of entry. This is best done for me from a printed copy. All options for printing from the Master Source List exclude the *Source List Name.* Example as follows:

1. On screen in Master Source List shows: Source List Name: Civil War Pension File - Samuel E. Alden 2. Printed Source Citation Report shows: Department of the Interior, Bureau of Pensions, Washington, D.C., Samuel E. Alden Civil War Pension File 696,579

I need to see #1 in the report. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Thanks,
Kay Fordham

Use View/Master Lists/Source to call up the list of sources. Press the Option button and select Print.

On the Print setup screen press options and select List style format in the print options section. This will list all your master sources by the Source List Name. The Print options screen also has a list of items you may include in the report. The Print ed Style Format option is the one that excludes the source List Name and uses the way the source would be listed in a book or report.
