Peter, Is it possible that you have imported a GEDCOM from someone else's file? Perhaps it filled in those fields unknowingly?
When I print my reports, I always uncheck the LDS information (in report options) because I also don't (*think* I) have any info entered. That will at least help with that part. As for the death parts - could you try the report again with the sample file, and add a living descendant and see what happens? Than others on the list with Legact 6 might be able to duplicate your results.
