I have tried to recreate the problem with no success. The only way I
could come close was to reposition the screen. I show other items after
the Marr on the detail tab screen. Do you not show the father, and a
button to show pictures?
Also under the index portion of the screen do you show the buttons
to-do, options, search, print and help?

Susan, thank you for responding. I'm not sure, however, that we're on the
same page. I looked to try your solution to my problem; however, there is
no "Marriage Date box" anywhere that I can find. My conclusion is that I
didn't explain it thoroughly enough. Here's the problem again.
Go to: NAME LIST
On the right side of the screen are six options: DETAIL, EDIT, EVENTS,
NOTES, FAMILY, SOURCES
When I click on DETAIL - at the bottom of the screen, the last entry is MARR
(Marriage). It is that line that is cut off and I'm unable to read.
Approximately half of the line has disappeared; the rest is unreadable
because of the cut-off.
If you, or someone else on the list, has any way of fixing this I'd really
appreciate hearing.
Thanks again,
Diane

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Problem Displaying Marriage Date
Diane,
At the top of the list are the category headings. If you place your
cursor over the right border of the Marriage Date box, it should then
let you left-click on the cursor and drag it to the right to make more
room. Or if you double click it, the column will become as wide as the
widest entry in the list.
I am not sure how you can save it at that width when you close the
list. I think there might be an option, and hopefully someone with
Legacy 6 can tell you. But for now, you can do that to ease with the
frustration!
I hope this helps to answer the question, and that I did not misunderstand.
