I don't know of any, but we have been having a three day reunion every year
since the first one in 1978. Last year we added a golf tournament for the
first time. If you need help or need questions, I would be glad to offer
what little I know. You can also read about our last year's reunion on our
family website at www.bedingfieldcousins.com and go to the "Reunion" page.
That may give you some ideas where to start. We only charge $20.00 per
FAMILY for the weekend. They are responsible for their lodging. The
reunion also provides the majority of the meals. People that travel long
distances are not expected to bring food, but the ones that live close by do
bring a great deal of food. The Saturday night meal is provided in whole by
the Reunion. We usually have hamburgers grilled on mesquite. Anyway, I
will help as much as I can in answering your questions.
