AHA!! I think I have it figured out. I looked on name list, show user ID's. All the people with RIN's where I don't want them had RIN's *under* 300, so these were the first people I had put in my database, long, long ago. Did I start with Version 2 or 3 or 4?? I don't remember. I must have long ago asked that this field be filled in and then changed my mind. I just noticed them now because I've been checking recent census records. Sorry if I worried anyone!!
