Uninstalling Legacy 6 and then installing the latest full download may not
be necessary, or it may not help if there are problems with files left on
the computer. Keeping track of custom settings is part of the experience of
using Legacy download software with frequent changes. Also necessary to keep
track of workarounds for settings like the unwanted BORDER LINE for report
pictures that is automatically rechecked each time a Legacy 6 file is
closed. The border line prints through the image on the right side and
leaves white space on the left using a PDF file and ink jet printer.

The most common reply about report problems after each new build of Legacy
is to reset report options. If that doesn't work, delete one or more USR
files. If that doesn't work, delete a Legacy 6 book and start a new one. I
couldn't see scrapbook pictures in a Legacy 6 book started with the original
September 2005 download.

Sometimes earlier versions of Legacy had variations in report formatting
depending on the version of Windows on a computer. I remember when computers
with Win ME and Win XP showed whole Legacy reports using the large font from
the Title Page. -- Elizabeth

In Options>Customize>Sources, do you have "Include the Source List Name
as part of the source citation" checked? If so, try unchecking it.
