That would be similar to my situation. I was born a WOLFE, was adopted by my stepfather at age 6, and so my maiden name is considered BEMENT. My married name is BAIRD, but I'm divorced. As an aside, I always wanted to get my REAL maiden name back when I divorced, but couldn't do it without a ton of paperwork and money
