Mary - if you mean citations in a report go to the main report options and click on the button 'Report Options'. From there choose the tab 'Sources'. As long as you have the 'Print source citations' ticked you can select the option for indents under the heading 'Citation Paragraph Style' (about an inch down on the left hand side). Graham
