Graham, We respond to all bug reports. We've been swamped since v6 was released and recently hired another person to help with emails. Please allow up to 24-48 "business hours" for a response.
Writing directly is much more effective. We don't monitor the list as frequently as our inbox and things have been know to slip by, esp when list traffic is really heavy. Thanks for using Legacy.
