I would like to get opinions regarding locations whose names have
changed.  More precisely, those that have changed from one county to
another or from one country to another.

I would assume that you would list a town as it was at the time of the
event.  For example, a town in Lorraine went from Lorraine to France to
Prussia to Germany to France and finally back to Germany.  If an
ancestor was born there in 1811, it was part of France at that time.
But if a brother was born there in 1816, it was part of Prussia.

In this case, I would have 2 entries in the Location list for the same
town - 1 for France and 1 for Prussia.

Does everyone agree with me on this?
