Just an update. Disabling an event works in both sentence and list style formating if the INDIVIDUAL event is marked private. It is only when the master event is marked private AND I use list style formating that the event displays when it should not.
I am using the latest version (6.0.0.83) so 83 did not fix it. I reported it to support. I did notice, maybe with this release, that with the master event marked private and using sentence formating, that the child who's event is NOT marked private (but the master is) displays the word EVENT and puts an * (or #) but does not display anything about the event.
