Actually, the problem with the selections not sticking is moot. I don't
think these selections apply to book reports and probably should be disabled
(grayed).

As far as your problem with sources not printing, go to
Options>Customize>Sources. On the bottom check the appropriate boxes and
click "Reset". I think that may be your problem.
