I don't know if anyone has created one in Legacy. But you could go to the Rootsweb free Worldconnect site and do a keyword search for Biblical to get a list of some that are published on the web. (Caveat emptor.) Maybe one of them will allow you to download a complete GEDCOM. Once you have that in place, you can then import the GEDCOM into Legacy, using File, then Import From.
