Hi Ron,
Good to have you with us - and you asked some questions I couldn't
answer off the top of my head ;-)

Hi All:
Just trying this Legacy User Group thing because I have a few
questions:
01) Can a single line "To Do" report be generated (Sort of like a
summary check list)?,
If on the To Do Report, you remove all ticks on the What to Include
Tab, you get the Task on one line - without the person it refers to -
so you need the header box for the name - which gives more than one line.
However, if you then choose to save as a csv (comma delimited file)
you can get the Name and Task all on one line - in Excel - and print
from Excel. You can also open a csv file in Word and convert it to a
Table (and probably other word processors as well though it's easier
with a spreadsheet).
02) Is there such a thing as a "Private Events" report (I may have
checked some events as "Private" and they are really are not)?,
Theoretically you can, using the Event Report (Reports - Books/Other
tab) with the Filter set for Private Events. However it doesn't
appear to be working properly.
03) Is there a way the Soundex Code can be printed on the "To Do"
report?
I don't think so
Just Asking,
Ron Howell
