Hi there, I've been lurking about . . . and now have NO idea what any of these abbreviations mean. If you are going to use them, it would be most helpful and even courteous to use TFT (explanation), SGTM (explanation) and OT (probably over the top but also could mean something else such as otolaringgology therapy;)
