On the Citation Report Options tab select List Style formatting then the
Repository will be included.
On the Descendant Narrative Report Options> Sources tab the Include
Repository was greyed out when I tried which says it is not an option
for this report.
We have a bug report on this option but there are mixed reports: some
users are saying the repository option is active and others that it is
greyed out on every report.
