Sorry, I began to answer some time ago and then got distracted. I
only knew the answer to part of your question anyway.
The tag descriptions are held in the Family File in the tblHR table
if you know how to use Access.
You'd need to copy and paste just the tag descriptions as there are
other things in that Table which would have changed.
I would assume that since the Bookmarks are file dependant that they
are in one of the Family File tables as well - but I can't see which
one. Since these are RIN related, if you've changed the RINs in
exporting your file, it wouldn't be much help anyway.
