I use: cemetery name - city, county, state, USA That way I am still maintaining the 4 place location format, yet I can still sort things on the cemetery name. I don't have any duplicate cemetery names at this point.
But, I have been thinking that it should read city - cemetery, county, state, country That way if there were duplicate cemetery names I could sort them by city. I also use this format for churches for baptisms and weddings and funeral masses.
