The biggest chart I've done is 1 meter high by 14 metres wide.

This was not with Legacy.

The only reason I say this is to again put in my request for an all blood relations chart.

My husband and I made very large wall charts using Treedraw, for 4,000 people. Yes it took some work, as Cathy says there is a learning curve when first starting to use Treedraw. I was fortunate that my husband's office was able to print the large charts, having said that at the time on this list many people said it was easy to have them printed up at commercial printers. I tried Charting Companion and found it clumsy (this was about 3 years ago, it may have changed by now) so use Treedraw exclusivly. The largest wall chart was 11 feet by 3 feet. I am now doing 81'2 x 11 sheets for a book. Lots of work yes, but worth it. By using the drop down chart I can follow through the tree easily.
