Elizabeth,

The problem with the border line check box not being "remembered" is now
fixed. The fix will be in the next update.

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Sharing multimedia files on different PCs

Herman,
This week is the ten year anniversary of permanent picture files for my
family history. I started with sub-folders before the first version of
Legacy was released. Each great-grandparent had an average of about 2000
pictures even before free or affordable online images became available.

Links vs inserted pictures is like the argument over one name collection vs.

one file for each potential family book. I don't know of anyone with a large

collection of linked pictures using the original method of organization.

Startled to see a son's picture for his father when I tried to demonstrate
Legacy 3. After that, I planned pictures specifically for Legacy and then
delayed a project waiting for improvements in reports with pictures. Legacy
6 replaces the Border Line check box for report and book pictures every time

a file is closed. -- Elizabeth
