My computer is Windows xp SP2 with all critical updates. I am using Legacy 5, last update. When I go into General Notes, sometimes it shuts down instantly. Occasionally it gives me a warning, then closes. This is the warning note. Legacy Genealogy Software for Windows, Error Signature: AppName.legacy.exe. ModVer. 5.30.23.1221 AppVer. 5.0.0.258 Offset. 00005c91 ModName.Riched 20.dll. Is there anything I can do to correct this so I can edit my notes? It happens when I click the notes icon from Family View or Individual view. I can still print the notes. Your advice will be much appreciated. Thank you.
