I've tried repeatedly to drag and drop pictures into a more meaningful
arrangement but the pictures are stuck in their original positions. --Pati

You can drag and drop your photos in the picture gallery to rearrange the
order. Simply click and hold the mouse button down while you drag the
picture to the location you want.
