If on the Name List - Print dialogue, you only have Printer Setup and
not Print - it's because you've chosen to make a .csv (comma
delimited) or .pdf file and the Print button has changed to Create -
as in all Reports.

You shouldn't need to go to Access for this request as there is a lot
of choice in Legacy as to what information is included in a Name List report.
