I was pretty floored by Kratom. The high was short-lived but felt like the opiate "rush" of coming up on stronger opiates. But I definitely agree about nausea - I threw up quite a bit shortly after I dosed. Perhaps this is because instead of swallowing 16 capsules, I just emptied the powder into a glass of cold water and downed it. Oops. Doesn't taste bad though.
