the wiki entry is not the biggest problem, as it doesn't actually contain data, http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Om_2008.8_Locations but http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Om_2008.8_Locations#Download_Tiles_of_a_Region_.28Om2008.9.29 I believe that this should mention the licence and have a link - I can do this if others here agree but the actual downloaded data through an apt-get type package manager doesn't have attribution I hope that what I've put on the bug tracker meets the approval of legal-talk where Data from OpenStreetMap.org, licenced CC-by-SA. would be an additional line seen at the time of downloading the software.
