I am pretty sure there should not be any issues with packaging Lucida in Fedora with the license, as it is under the good license list on http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal_considerations_for_fonts#Other_good_Licenses
However, just to play it safe, I would like to reconfirm that we are indeed allowed to package Lucida in Fedora, in case anything have changed.
