No, but we're talking about implications. If anyone can come along,
copy/paste method headers and the write their implementing code, well,
that's a very weak sort copyright protection, right? Or, do you say
that it's fine to do so?
While Dalvik is at least under the ASL, it could just as easily be
proprietary. Now you've got a situation where method headers were
copied, the implementing code farmed out, and no copyright protection.

to reiterate, this is in the context of copying, not of reverse engineering.
