Since you mention this is a commercial project I assume you're not just giving it away? Somewhere your customers sign a contract, see a EULA, read a copyright page, a LICENCE file--something, somewhere, that says it's yours. That somewhere (or each of them, if more than one) ought to mention that it isn't quite all yours, and that's where you can put the required notice. > And what if they don't do it?
