Are you sure?
I read it "mozilla legal" and all my questions are stricly about "legal".
And I am here not to get a permission. I'd only need to understand position
of people who are familiar with legal questions.
You pointed out to "approval" et al, what's it? I tried googling for this
and it led to almost nothing. What's behind this door and where is it?
