Sergey, one does not _use_ binary Thunderbird under a particular
open-source license; the open source licenses apply to the source code,
not binaries, and are concerned with distribution (copying) not use.

Officially-distributed binaries of Thunderbird are (currently) available
under the Mozilla Messaging EULA. I'm not sure if they plan to update it
to an MPL-based EULA as has been done with Firefox; if they do, then the
binaries will be under the MPL instead.

Hope that helps clear things up :-)
