Sergey, one does not _use_ binary Thunderbird under a particular open-source license; the open source licenses apply to the source code, not binaries, and are concerned with distribution (copying) not use. Officially-distributed binaries of Thunderbird are (currently) available under the Mozilla Messaging EULA. I'm not sure if they plan to update it to an MPL-based EULA as has been done with Firefox; if they do, then the binaries will be under the MPL instead.
