Are you using the old version (downloaded from the site) or the CVS
version.
If it's the old 2.1 version, try a fixed version I put together a
while ago:
http://homepage.mac.com/andybelk/
Please let me know if that works better. It lacks all the recent
interesting Eclipse stuff though.

Is there anybody running lejos on a Mac Mini? I followed the
instructions on the tutorial. All went ok till the firmdl command.
There I get the error message:
Segment 0 length = 13692
Segment 1 length = 2940
Deleting firmware
Firmware deleted
Downloading firmware
Total image size = 16632(17k)
Start firmware download failed
The RCXTTY is set to "usb" and the green LED shines when the
command was started. Any ideas what's wrong?
