I think this message will display... but u'll be able to load programs and execute them normally... I think its gives a tower error, but actually the firmware has been properly loaded!! So just ignore the errors !!

Thanks for the information.  I am still getting the failure to unlock
message.  The program appears to transfer 100% and then I get the error.  I
tried programming in the dark but still get this error.  Is there another
way of doing this.  I am able to go back and put the Lego 2.0 firmware back
in and use the robot with the mindstorm supplied software after I get the
error.
