I'd propose adding the current directory to the classpath variable (set
CLASSPATH=.;%CLASSPATH%) and to add a space between the "-o" and the
"Helloworld.bin" arguments.
Did you consider using the leJOS 3.0 preview yet? It contains many
enhancements in comparison to the 2.1.0 version (which is pretty old
now) and most of the online tutorial refers to it already.
