lejosfirmdl does not exist for the 0.2 alpha version.
You use lejosdl to download a java binary, e.g:
lejosdl View.bin

I just placed my NXT brick in firmware upload mode and I can not find the
"lejosfirmdl" anywhere in my computer. I tried "lejosdl lejos_nxt.bin" but I
got a "Data abort" message:
