I recently bought a 2 GB memory upgrade for a hi-res PowerBook G4 1.67 GHz model. It works on both 15" and 17" models. I used it for a few hours, so essentially they are brand new. They are a great upgrade and the memory upgrade really wakes the machine up, but I am selling them because I decided to return the unit. I am asking $38 for both 1 GB RAM chips plus shipping. These are Other World Computing RAM chips with lifetime warranties.
