Not quite ready for Apple TV, then consider this alternative arrangement. This is a lightly used audio and video sender and receiver (transciever) pair that allow the sending of TV picture and sound from one room to another. I used this to send the picture and sound from my PowerMac to the living room to let me watch movies on my TV that I had on my computer. Also, before that I used this to connect it first to my cable box and then to my satellite box and I sent the picture and sound to my small bedroom so that I could watch TV there without having to pay for an extra cable box and service fee to the cable company. The picture and sound quality was great without any lines or interference in the picture and with clear sound without any pops and cracks in the audio. You couldn't tell you were watching TV from a different room.
