I received this with a Mac Mini a short while ago and have been playing with it off and on since, but don't really need it as my main system is a Mac Pro. This device connects to a spare USB port and allows you to add another monitor to your system, either mirroring or extended desktop. It has a DVI port, but you can use a DVI->VGA adapter if you have an older monitor. It supports up to 1600x1200 resolution and is compatible with any Intel Mac running Mac OS 10.4.11 or later. It's a pretty cool little devices and useful for a secondary monitor. I wouldn't recommend it for displaying video yet, it's a bit sluggish for that, but they are working on better drivers.
