Greetings,

I'm down in Oldsmar Florida this week, and while helping my parents
out, we came across a PowerBook G4 that I gave them some years ago.
This machine was made with some spare parts, so it is by no means
complete (it doesn't have a modem, bluetooth, or the right USB port).
The machine worked great for a few years, but it's not working now. I
assume that the logic board is bad, but they've given up on it (as
have I). If you have a logic board for a 1.0, 1.25, 1.33, or 1.5
(early 2004) 15" Aluminum PowerBook G4 - you've got a working
PowerBook. Local pickup/delivery available within the Tampa Bay area
of Florida.

        15" PowerBook G4 (early 2004)
                1.5 ghz PowerPC G4
128mb video ram radeon mobility 9600
                512mb of ram (1x512mb)
                no hard drive
                combo drive
                good 15" lcd panel
battery of unknown quantity (when last used - early 2008 - it
ran
for 2.5 hours - who knows now)

Whether it's for parts to rebuild your existing PowerBook G4 (be it
due to a cracked lcd, case issues, etc.) or to rebuild with a good
logic board, or maybe you have some magic skills at bringing these
back to life that I somehow lack - it's a great machine.

When I tried to get it going - it chimes and seemed to boot off of a
hard drive, but no video was displayed (either onboard or to an
external display). So, I'd say that it's safe to assume that this
machine has a bad logic board.

        $200 plus shipping (negotiable)
