Greetings all, *sigh* Addonics Technologies contacted me and said their CF-ZIF adapter does *not* work with 3rd gen. iPods, so, I'll have to put off that solid-state conversion for another model in the future (or find an adapter ear-marked for 3rd/4th gen. iPods - good luck!) In the meantime, looking to see if I can snag a replacement hard drive here. Any size above 10 Gig will be fine, so long as it fits, and it works. Thanks for the consideration.
