This is a PCI card I added to my QS PowerMac G4 to have more hard drives and high capacity, too. I have the original box, manual and cables. I also have two high end round ATA cables which allow for better air flow in the system (I used these). I had this in only one PowerMac G4 system running Mac OS 9 through 10.4.11.
