Looking to move into a low-cost netbook, just tired of hauling something larger around for what I use this iBook for, mostly web browsing and watching videos, plus a couple older games. Has worked for me flawlessly since I bought it used 2 years ago, at that time it had only a broken screen brace and a faulty HDD, both fixed by myself. G3/800 iBook with upgraded 640MB RAM, upgraded 40GB HDD (that has a Windows CE COA on it, for added laugh value) and AirPort card included. I'm also including an external USB 300mW WiFi adapter that's KisMac compatible, good for WarDriving if you have a GPS you can use. I will also throw in the original still-working complete screen assembly, that has one broken internal frame brace arm. Easy fix if you have the part, or just use the free LCD screen. I also will throw in a top and bottom shell that I had for a project that never came together. The battery holds between 2 and 3 hours charge, depending on what I'm doing and how low or high I set the brightness and volume, plus the charger is included too. The HDD will be wiped, I don't have any original install media, though I do have the driver disc for the external USB WiFi adapter somewheres. Everything will be shipped in a well-padded box via USPS anywhere in the continental USA from the 97224 ZIP in Tigard, Oregon. Prefer PayPal but if that doesn't work feel free to let me know. I'd also be interested in trading for some kind of modern lower-end netbook, like the EEE PC 900, or something, since that's what I'd be putting the money into anyways. Also, I should add that this is not in the best cosmetic condition, maybe 5 or 6 out of ten. Keyboard kind of gungy under the keys, case generally scuffed, anything silver-colored has some of the silver rubbed off, and one noticeable crack around an inch or so long, left palmrest, level with top of trackpad or so, extending from left edge inwards, and power key needs extra-hard pressing sometimes to actuate. Pretty much the condition I received it in, I've treated it much more gently and carefully than previous owner(s). However! I have never had one single hardware issue ever with this machine, it's treated me at least as well as I've treated it, and if I could afford a new laptop without selling this I certainly wouldn't, it's very dependable. Anyways that's me going on long enough, anything else you want to ask feel free.
