Greetings, I am selling my early 2008 Macbook Pro. This is the base Pro model that sold for $1,999 one year ago. I purchased it refurbished from Apple last fall, so it's covered under AppleCare 'til October. It has a 2.4Ghz Core2Duo (800Mhz Bus), 2GB RAM (DDR2 667Mhz PC5300), a 200GB HD, and Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT w/256MB dedicated RAM. It has the then- standard Full-Dual Link DVI port, ExpressCard/34 Slot, 2-USB 2.0, Firewire 400, Firewire 800, Gigabit Ethernet Jack, Audio in/out ports, "N" wireless, and bluetooth. This was the first model with the brighter, more power-efficient LED backlighting, and multi-touch trackpad. I'll include the DVI-to-VGA adapter, a DVI-to-s-video adapter and cables to hook up to a standard television, the power brick, and all the original install discs, manuals, and cleaning cloth (No Apple stickers though). This has been my daily-use machine since October, and aside from a few light scuffs here and there it is in excellent condition. I am only selling it now to get a new (and more portable) 13" Macbook Pro. I'm asking $1300 plus shipping from 29607. I have a nice Colcasac sleeve for it that I can include for $25 if you're interested.
