I have one Apple (hynix) 256MB PC133 CL3 SO-DIMM. These work in a range of systems including some PowerBook G3s, some PowerBook G4s, most iBooks, and the 700/800 MHz G4 iMacs. I don¹t know if this one is the low-profile variety or not, as some systems/lower slots require that.
I also have a 128MB chip, from an 800MHz G3 iBook, that I¹ll include free if buyer wants it. Will be packed in an anti-static bag and ship in a protective cardboard sandwich. $8 shipped in the US.
