Hi Listers,

OS X 10.5.x Leopard "breaks" too many apps that are crucial to my
graphics projects, so my new "Nehalem" Mac Pro has to go. I need an
Intel Mac capable of running OS X 10.4 Tiger, which narrows my choices
down to an early Mac Pro such as:
http://www.lowendmac.com/macpro/mac-pro-2006.html
or the first (24") aluminum iMac:

My Refurb Mac Pro is a new purchase from the Apple Store with a full one
year warranty. This is the latest model, with the Quad Core specs
you'll see here: http://www.apple.com/macpro/specs.html
It has 3 GB RAM, one 640 GB SATA hard drive, and the basic graphics
option: NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 with 512MB of GDDR3 memory, PCI Express
2.0, one Mini DisplayPort, and one dual-link DVI port. Apple Wireless
Keyboard, Mighty Mouse, 10.5.6 Leopard Install discs and all
documentation are included.

I need *AT LEAST* 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo power, and I'll entertain "swap
plus cash" offers. What do you have to offer as a starting point for
negotiations...?

Peace,
Gene Osburn
