The parts PowerBook was taken apart last night and every part was swapped out and it was determined that the issue is bad RAM. Installed 1GB of memory (2 modules) so it's basically a fully working 1.25GHz, 1GB/60GB/Combo/BT/AE 15" Laptop with a cracked LCD.
Looking for $280 shipped for it.
