I have a 2 GB Kingston SD card, the contents (images and videos) of
which disappeared while I was trying to copy it onto my PowerBook
today using a USB interface card reader.

I need some capable data recovery software which is particularly well
suited to this sort of job. The card, as purchased, is formatted in MS-
DOS (FAT16). I was computing in OS 10.5.7 when this happened, but I
can also try recovery under OS 10.4.11, if that will work when the
problem may have been caused by an error of Leopard.

What do you have which you can part with, and what do you recommend?

Thanks,
stanton
