This is a relatively new 400GB IDE hard drive in one of the mac mini- style cases with USB and firewire ports. I believe the drive has a 2008 or 2009 manufacture date. It's a Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 drive (7200 RPM, 8MB cache).
It comes with just the drive, enclosure and AC adapter. Everything works perfectly. I just replaced the drive last month, but have found myself not really needing it after all.
