I only have ONE of these at the moment...
Swissbit brand (made in Germany)
SDRAM components are made by Micron (parent company of Crucial).
Module Size: 512MB
Package: 144-pin SODIMM Low-Profile
Feature: SDRAM, PC133-333
Datasheet can be found here:
http://www.swissbit.com/pdatabase/p/get_file/file_id/65
These are pulls from engineering prototype boards that were being
scrapped since they were now well into production and the prototypes
were no longer needed, so little actual use on these RAMs.
I have sold a number of these to Mac users without any troubles.
Buyers have updated such older Laptops as Pismos, Clamshell iBooks, &
flatpanel "lamp" iMacs so I know they work with many older 144-Pin
SDRAM SODIMM Macs.
Only $20 shipped. I take Paypal only.
Thank you,
Patrick Timlin (ebay: ptimlin)
