Hi, I have a 12" Dos compatibility card I516 F1615 M14VT2. It has a Pentium 166 processor. It has Opti Viper and ATI chipsets on it and a piece of 72 pin ram. It has an Apple monitor connector and a game controller connector. There is an Apple logo and a copyright date of 1997. It is a 12" PCI card. I ran the numbers on google and found a list of compatible computers. It looks like most of the pre G3 PowerPCs such as the 4400, 7200, 7300, 7600, 6500, 8600, 9500, 9600.
